Cast & Cut at Deer Valley Resort
This season, Deer Valley’s Cast & Cut returns to the beloved style of the resort’s legendary Seafood Buffet. We listened to you, our loyal guests and locals, and are pleased to bring back an interactive high-end seafood dining experience to the Snow Park Lodge. The buffet will feature fresh flavors, from succulent shrimp, oysters and mussels to expertly prepared seafood-focused dishes including paella, pasta, stews and more creative culinary expressions.
